The team works across Intel’s global manufacturing network to support advanced technologies and ensure operational excellence, contributing to Intel's broader mission of delivering high-performance, world-changing products.Key Responsibilities- Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support for Factory Automation Platforms/Infrastructure in Intel Foundry's Technology Development Factories.- Perform project work including Automation process and/or product hardening.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex system challenges and optimize manufacturing operations.- Document processes, tools, and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams.- Provide technical support and implement solutions for distributed enterprise systems spanning global factory operations.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing solutions.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.- 1+ years of experience in Infrastructure and Platform support.- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues effectively.- Foundational knowledge of operating system architecture, configuration, and networking protocols.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse global teams.- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.- Familiarity with agile methodologies, ITIL frameworks, and DevOps practices.- This role follows a compressed work week position for Wed-Sat.
