Job Details:Job Description: In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, verification, and delivery of corporate standard cell libraries using leading-edge process technologies, supporting the design of Intel's next-generation SoCs as well as Intel Foundry customers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Designing and implementing combinational, sequential, and power-management circuits targeting Intel's latest process technologies.Performing parasitic extraction and optimization to achieve best-in-class power, performance, robustness, and density.Developing automation flows for library modeling, validation, quality checking, performance and reliability verification.Characterizing libraries for timing, noise, power, variation, and generating both front-end and back-end models.Building, validating, releasing, and supporting standard cell libraries for Intel product teams and Intel Foundry customer design projects.The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer and results orientation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and external teams.Qualifications:Minimum QualificationsFresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, or a closely related fieldAdditional Qualifications- Experience in digital circuit design, including CMOS combinational logic and sequential element design and layout.- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools in one or more of the following areas:Circuit simulationCell characterizationLogic synthesisPlace-and-routePhysical design verificationReliability verification- Scripting experience for design automation using one or more of: TCL, Perl, Python, csh (or similar).- Experience working in a Linux environment and familiarity with common Linux-based development tools.
