Job Details:Job Description: The Role and ImpactAs a Module Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing processes.You will own and maintain critical high-volume manufacturing equipment, ensuring the accurate measurement, control, and optimization of production workflows.By conducting detailed tests, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with teams across Intel's global sites, you will directly contribute to the mass production of integrated circuits, supporting Intel's cutting-edge technology development.Business GroupJoin Intel's Manufacturing and Operations organization, a dynamic team dedicated to advancing semiconductor innovation and high-volume manufacturing.This group focuses on delivering world-class manufacturing solutions to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability, helping Intel maintain leadership in technology and empower industries worldwide.As part of this team, you'll work in a collaborative environment driving the next generation of electronic innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.Conduct tests and measurements to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity within the process line.Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend modifications to enhance production techniques and output.Execute maintenance and repair activities for equipment and related modules to optimize reliability and performance.Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of equipment and processes, focusing on safety, quality, cost, productivity, and yield performance indicators.Collaborate with equipment suppliers to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.Participate in the transfer of manufacturing technologies across global sites by conducting training and audits to ensure process alignment and consistency.Manage installation, conversion, and qualification of equipment during factory ramps to ensure operational readiness and adherence to quality standards.Qualifications:Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronic, Materials and Chemical Engineering with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in domain and demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.Proficiency in equipment monitoring and adjustment.Knowledge of manufacturing process control and improvement methodologies.Basic understanding of semiconductor equipment and process optimization principles.Preferred QualificationsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.Effective communication and teamwork capabilities to collaborate across diverse teams.Familiarity with process characterization and excursion prevention systems.Experience working with manufacturing tools during academic or internship projects.Take the first step toward shaping the future of semiconductor manufacturing technology.
