Job Details:Job Description: As a Yield Analysis Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and solving yield and reliability challenges to ensure our products meet the highest standards. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze complex test data, conduct failure analysis, and develop advanced characterization techniques to improve manufacturing processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing product quality and operational efficiency, making a tangible impact on Intel's success.Business groupYou will be part of Intel's manufacturing and product engineering organization, which focuses on optimizing semiconductor production processes to deliver high-performance, reliable products to global markets. The team supports Intel's mission to create world-changing technology, driving innovation across industries while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Conduct yield analysis and failure investigations to identify root causes and recommend solutions to improve manufacturing yields and reliability.Analyze end-of-line test data, process parameters, and electrical measurements using statistical tools to extract meaningful insights and perform correlation calculations.Develop and implement advanced characterization and analysis techniques to enhance the efficiency and precision of failure analysis efforts.Perform electrical failure analysis (EFA) to address complex yield limiters across product development and high-volume manufacturing phases.Collaborate across teams to segment issues related to process, test marginalities, and product operation.Support process and defect characterization while developing innovative techniques to accelerate failure identification and root cause understanding.Qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
