Job Summary:The Associate Manager, Specimen Management leads a team and oversees daily operations to ensure departmental goals are achieved with quality, efficiency, and compliance. This role supports operational improvement, resource planning, and employee development while driving performance on a Tuesday - Saturday shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
