About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Manage project scope and change requests while ensuring project objectives are achieved.Track and report project status, milestones, issues, and performance metrics.Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and organizational policies.Conduct project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Substantial experience managing projects in a corporate environment.Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planner, or similar).Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsProject Management Degree, Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience managing technology, business transformation, or process improvement projects.Knowledge of risk management, financial tracking, and reporting.Key CompetenciesLeadership and team collaborationStrategic thinking and planningStakeholder engagementDecision-making and accountabilityAdaptability and resilienceStrong verbal and written communicationStrong presenting and reporting skillsIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
