Job Description
Essential Functions Own the end-to-end scheduling process for interviews, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate timely and efficient interviewsPartner with Talent Acquisition, Recruiters and internal stakeholders to support sourcing and candidate identification for assigned positionsAbility to interpret job descriptions and evaluate candidate experience against defined qualificationsProvide the TA Delivery partner and team with organized candidate search results for further review and considerationDevelop strong and effective team relationships across Delivery Enablement, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions, e.g., HR PSC, Finance, etc. Maintain and document accurate and complete records within the ATS, along with other TA recruiting systemsSupport ongoing or ad-hoc projects and initiative that support Delivery Enablement and the Talent Acquisition functionDemonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Provide reports and maintain data on coordinating activities as requested by managementDocument results and other relevant sourcing activity in accordance with established processes within TAKeep appraised of regional and local employment laws and regulations in order to ensure company complianceQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or related field preferred 1+ years’ experience in an office environment or within an HR function preferredEquivalent combination of education, training and experienceAbility to manage multiple requisitions and TA priorities, while maintaining accuracyStrong commitment to delivering high-quality customer serviceExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and confidentialityAbility to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, internal stakeholders, and candidatesDemonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriatelyKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications or Workday knowledge is a plusKnowledge of local and relevant employment laws and regulationsComfortable supporting US working hoursIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
