Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards while supporting laboratory operations. What You'll Be Doing:Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelinesAnalyze routine laboratory data to ensure procedures are performing within acceptable tolerancesIdentify, document, and escalate deviations or atypical results to senior laboratory personnelPrepare samples, buffers, and solutions required for analytical testing activitiesSupport quality investigations, deviations, and corrective action processesMaintain, calibrate, and document laboratory equipment performanceAssist with onboarding and guide entry-level staff on routine laboratory proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly and accurately What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environmentProficiency with relevant laboratory techniques and analytical methodsExperience working with laboratory automation or specialized equipmentOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory documentation and analysisWorking knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety proceduresAbility to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
