Location: Valencia, Spain | Experience: 8 Years | Languages: Spanish & EnglishRole OverviewThe HIS & RCM Implementation Lead is responsible for end-to-end implementation of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions across healthcare facilities. The role ensures successful delivery aligned with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT with focus on HIS and RCM (experience, 8 years)

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and revenue cycle processes (experience)
  • Experience with systems such as Cerner, Epic, or similar platforms (experience)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills (experience)
  • Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory) (experience)
  • Based in Valencia, Spain with on-site presence during key phases (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle HIS and RCM implementation including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live support
