Job Description
The RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating and managing linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to completion in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.Your Responsibilities will include:Managing multiple translation and localization projects at any one time from receipt to completionCoordinate all project phases and efficiently predict the delivery of those phases to deliver within the best possible deadlineWorking with the Senior Project Managers to assess the client’s expectations or specificationsSelect appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlinesEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with contract linguists and proof-readers across multiple locationsMonitor and control projects status and progressBudget and finance management of projects, ensuring all work is completed within assigned budgetPrepare and maintain project documentationComply with relevant and applicable IQVIA proceduresPerform quality checks at various stages of the project to ensure effectiveness is maintainedRequired knowledge, skills and abilities:Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or a related field.Experience in clinical or pharmaceutical translation/localization projects: mainly focus on Linguistic Validation, eCOA.Equivalent combination of education, training and experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood problem- solving skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metricsGood teamwork skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work under limited directionStrong software and computer skills, including MS Office applicationsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clientsIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
