Essential Functions• Work directly with the Account Management team, internal Leveling team and client to oversee Speaker Contracting• Provide updated contracts/addendums to the HCPs• Enter speaker trainings, confirm certifications and complete speaker compliance updates• Provide leveling updates, record and report any issues related to speaker training or contracting to the client• Assist HCPs with their compliance training updates and completion of online• Prepare daily reports to be shared with Account Management and Client• Assist with implementation of any new processes and compliance updates received from the client. Update SOP documents as any and all updates are made.• Have pristine attention to detail• Provide excellent customer service to clients, faculty and vendorsQualifications• Bachelor's Degree•• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook.• Knowledgeable in SharePoint encouraged but not required.• Contract or proposal writing experience required.• Pharma experience a plus.• Ability to multi-task/plan numerous meetings simultaneously while still demonstrating a strong attention to detail• Willingness to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours to meet clients’ business needs• Comfortable working in a fast-paced ever changing team environment, while also able to work independently• Exceptional customer service-oriented skills with a polished, professional presentation• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to problem solve• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills• Experience with Salesforce is preferredIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
