Location: GujranwalaJob OverviewUnder guidance, oversees the day to day operations of a team of Data Collectors in the field.Essential Functions• Recruit physicians and other primary healthcare professionals to collect primary data.• Build long term relationships with physicians and other primary healthcare professionals.• Complete administrative tasks related to data collection such as time management, reporting etc.• Provide support and guidance on existing projects and studies for more junior staff, and provide coaching for more junior staff in their roles.• Act as an “ambassador” for the company to external contacts including physicians and other stakeholders• Act as the main point of contact internally for physician and healthcare professional queries• Monitor key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive internal and external client satisfaction.Qualifications • Graduate degree or equivalent.• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Pharmaceutical companies.•Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.•Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.•Willing to travel as required for the roleIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
