Join us to help this new pharmacy team deliver great service while driving sustainable commercial growth.What you’ll doBuild strong relationships with pharmacy teams and provide clear, confident product educationPlan and run efficient territory visits to achieve KPIs (call rate, selling calls, orders)Spot local opportunities and develop new business across your territoryRecord activity accurately in our CRM and complete day‑to‑day adminWork to all relevant compliance standards, including Pharmacovigilance proceduresSupport in‑store execution: merchandise and maintain displays, execute planograms, point of sale collateral, dress fixtures/shelves, and coordinate basic supply chain tasks, following all health & safety guidanceAttend bi monthly sales teams meetings 6 times per year with overnight stay required, where you will meet your team colleagues and clients What you’ll bringExcellent communication and relationship‑building skillsStrong organisation, time management and a proactive, goal‑focused mindsetAbility to present ideas simply and clearly (PowerPoint) and readiness to learn CRM toolsCuriosity about the UK pharmacy/OTC sector and a desire to make a positive impactExperienceWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, especially those building early career experience in commercial healthcare.
