We are seeking a dedicated Scientist with strong laboratory testing experience to support a broad range of immunology and protein diagnostics assays. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex laboratory testing, result interpretation, quality review, and troubleshooting across multiple analytical platforms.These are our key testing areas:Protein Electrophoresis (EP) and Immunofixation (IFE)Hydrashift testingIndirect Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA) including ANA and tissue-based assaysELISA testing & Immunoassay systemsResponsibilities include:Perform and document laboratory testing and analytical procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Analyze data, identify unusual results, and escalate issues when necessary.Support troubleshooting, process improvements, and initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.Assist with CAPA investigations, deviations, and corrective actions.Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, buffers, equipment calibration, and maintenance records.Serve as a technical resource to laboratory staff and provide team support when required.Conduct training and knowledge sharing for laboratory personnel.Maintain laboratory inventory, housekeeping, and compliance with safety, quality, and 6S standards.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate results in a timely manner.Participate in laboratory projects, method development, and continuous learning activities.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological or clinical laboratory science relatedStrong attention to detail and commitmentAbility to multi task and manage multiple testing activities concurrentlyPrioritize workload effectively, and consistently meet turnaround time requirementsStrong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with colleaguesIdeally 2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates can be considered for junior positionIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
