Job Summary:Analyze and report in vitro and in vivo biotransformation studies with a focus on analytical method development, metabolite profiling, and data interpretation. Collaborate with scientific teams to deliver high quality study results, support analytical investigations, and ensure timely project execution. What You'll Be Doing:Perform in vitro and in vivo metabolite identification studies and support study execution from planning through reportingPrepare and analyze samples, process data, and troubleshoot analytical challenges to ensure data qualityDevelop and implement analytical methods for the analysis of drug metabolites under appropriate regulatory compliance standardsConduct metabolic profiling and acquire MS/MS data for metabolite structure elucidation and pathway assessmentCompile, analyze, and interpret study results and prepare protocols, technical reports, and supporting documentationSupport laboratory instrument maintenance, calibration, fault tracing, and performance evaluationDevelop laboratory procedures and Standard Practices (SPs) with guidance from senior laboratory staffProvide training and technical guidance to junior and newly hired team members What We Are Looking For:Ph.D. in chemistry, biochemistry, or biology, or a related field; OR Master's Degree; OR Bachelor's Degree3 years of relevant experience preferredExperience developing and implementing analytical methods for drug metabolite analysisHands-on expertise with metabolite profiling, mass spectrometry (MS), and MS/MS data collection and interpretationOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshootingExcellent organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects, maintain accurate experimental records, work effectively in a team environment, and follow safe laboratory practices What We Offer You:We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
