Role Purpose:HSI/MDSA Sr. Production Data Input Associate will be responsible for bridging, processing, and analyzing data particularly medical-surgical products from hospitals into the system.Principal Accountabilities:Bridge data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA’s reference data files to make a match or bridge between the twoVerify product information through researchDevelop an understanding of the knowledge needed to maintain reference filesResearch product reference information in agreed sources (e.g making phone calls, research, etc.)Update and check product reference informationSchedule and check product reference extractsReview and analyze sales trends data in dollars and units by outlet, projection class, product packEnsure high quality data prior to projections being appliedParticipate in projects and process improvementsTeamwork and communications with other departmentsLiaise with Support teams to perform data fixesFollow quality processes thoroughly – checklists, standards, etc.Escalate issuesPerform functions as directed by the supervisorMinimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access). Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably allied medical health professionals, excellent research, and analytical skills.Organization Reporting and Scope:Typically reports to: Team Lead and ManagerAdditional Requirements:Proficient in written/oral communication skills. Possession of strong analytical and problem- solving skills. Experience in sales trend analysis.
