The role combines recruitment coordination, talent market insights, sourcing support, and administrative activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport recruitment operations and maintain accurate candidate data and reports.Gather talent market insights and feedback from new hires across LATAM, with a focus on Brazil.Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.Support candidate sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.Assist with job posting, employer branding, and talent attraction activities.Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition coordination, administration, or customer-facing support roles is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience working with MS Office, ATS platforms or LinkedIn is preferred.Intermediate level of English and/or Spanish.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Inclusion StatementIQVIA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Required Qualifications
