While individual earnings vary based on performance, the average annual W‑2 earnings for this role are approximately $86,000. Manage outbound and inbound phone callsEngage driver leads from computer databases and internet resources by cold calling, e-mail, chat, SMS, campaigns, or other systems/tools as neededMaintain contact and track leads, applicants and candidates for current and future opportunities by using a dashboard to direct workflowAssist onboaring and background teams in gathering necessary items from driver to expedite the hiring process; address other issues/problems within the processPre-qualify applicants based on minimum hiring requirements of J.B. Hunt and DOT; guide applicants through the pre-qualification and application processExplain J.B. Hunt’s pay, benefits, and current opening to potential driversCompare a driver’s qualifications to the requirements of open positionsBuild and maintain relationships with potential candidates and confirm level of interest throughout the hiring processQualifications:Minimum Qualification: 1 year of recruiting, customer service or sales experience, or suitable combination of education and trainingPreferred Qualification: Experience in one or more of the following: sales, customer experience, recruiting, transportation/logistics, call center, or related experienceSkills and Abilities:Self-motivatedAbility to communicate effectively, especially verbally over the phoneAbility to manage time effectively and make time-sensitive decisions to meet productivity goalsAbility to adapt to changing work prioritiesExperience in a sales position or the ability to manage rejectionAbility to effectively use a computer in a workplace setting while learning new systems to perform inAbility to input data into a computer system while maintaining a phone conversationThis position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.Compensation:Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
