Job Title:Logistics Engineer, DesignDepartment:Engineering & ScienceCountry:United States of AmericaState/Province:ArkansasCity:LowellFull/Part Time:Full timeJob Summary:Under general supervision, this position is responsible for utilizing problem solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions through projects in various areas of the organization.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Apply knowledge of organization to make improvements to existing processes or solutionsIncrease awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysisSolve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including, but not limited to operations, pricing, financial, and customer informationAnalyze a variety of data and processes to reduce cost and increase business productivityCommunicate with business partners to understand problems and present solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutionsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field. AND Demonstration of the following:Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQLPlease Note: Level of position may adjust based on qualifications and experience of the individual selected for hireThis position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.Compensation:Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Required Qualifications
