What your day-to-day will look like:Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on facility, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Maintain and repair building interiors/exteriors, grounds, gates, fire life safety systems, generators, and related equipment.Complete facility inspections and report deficiencies or operational concerns to the Chief Engineer.Respond to service requests, emergencies, after-hours calls, and storm-related support activities as needed.Utilize CMMS/work order systems to manage tasks, document completed work, and maintain KPI expectations.Conduct routine building rounds and maintain safe, clean, and compliant work areasSupport operational projects and additional facility-related tasks assigned by site leadership.Required Qualifications:Minimum of one year of technical experience in building engineering, maintenance, or facilities operations.Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.Valid state driver’s license with the ability to maintain driving eligibility.Ability to work on-call, overtime, weekends, and support emergency response activities as required.Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and safely climb ladders up to 30 feet.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems design and operation.Experience using CMMS or work order management systems.Previous experience in a facilities, commercial building, or mobile engineering environment.Carpentry, drywall, or general construction repair experience.Strong customer service and communication skills.Willingness to learn new technical skills and support cross-functional maintenance activities.This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
