Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. 1. ตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทให้บริการภายนอก ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่วางไว้2. ควบคุม ดูแล อบรม การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของผู้รับเหมา ในการต่อเติม ตกแต่งพื้นที่เช่า3. ส่งมอบ รับมอบ พื้นที่เช่า พร้อมประสานงานผู้เช่า ผู้รับเหมา4. ให้บริการและอำนวยความสะดวก ให้กับผู้เช่าและผู้มาติดต่อ5. ควบคุม ดูแลให้ผู้เช่า ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและคู่มือการใช้อาคาร อย่างเคร่งครัด6. ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายการทรัพย์สินต่างๆ ของอาคาร รวมถึงการจัดเก็บกุญแจของพื้นที่ว่าง7. รายงานปัญหาต่าง ๆและการแก้ไขเบื้องต้นที่เกิดขึ้นให้ผู้จัดการอาคารทราบ8. ประสานงานกับช่างอาคารในกรณีที่ตรวจพบอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องมีการแก้ไข หรือซ่อมแซม9. จัดการจอดรถ และการจราจรในลานจอดรถเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้เช่าและผู้มาติดต่อ10. จัดหาและเปรียบเทียบราคาการบริการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลอาคารเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้จัดการอาคาร ในการปรับปรุงอาคาร11. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น เรื่องการรักษาความสะอาด การซ้อมอพยพหนีไฟ12. ตรวจสอบและรับเงินค่าที่จอดรถจากพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยและนำส่งฝ่ายการเงิน13. ควบคุมการออกบัตรจอดรถยนต์ รถจักยานยนต์ ตามที่ได้รับการแจ้งจากผู้ว่าจ้าง14. ประสานงานกับผู้เช่าในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในพื้นที่เช่า15. จัดการประชุมร่วมกับบริษัทผู้ให้บริการภายนอกประจำเดือนพร้อมทำรายงานสรุปปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นให้กับผู้จัดการอาคารทราบ16. จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดหา์/เดือน ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลอาคารเพื่อให้เลขานุการรวบรวมและทำรูปเล่มเสนอต่อผู้ว่าจ้างต่อไป17. ควบคุม ดูแล ระบบ Carparking,Visitor Management,Turnstile,CCTV,Doormonitoring,KIOS,Access Control18. อื่นๆตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมายLocation: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
