What this job involves:Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot BMS across multiple sitesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and VAV systemsAnalyze system performance data to identify energy-saving opportunities and support decarbonization initiativesRespond promptly to critical alarms and system failure to minimize downtime and maintain tenant comfortCollaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute system upgrades, retro-commissioning and capital projectsMaintain accurate documentation of system configuration, as built-drawings, and operational proceduresSupport compliance with local regulations and client-specific engineering standardsRequired Skills and Experience: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related fieldHolder of REW B0 license is a mustMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC facilities management within commercial, retail or high-rise buildingsProven expertise in BMS platforms - including configuration, trending, alarm management and schedulingStrong understanding of refrigeration cycles, hydronic systems, airside distribution, and energy efficiency principlesFamiliarity with IoT-enabled building technologies and data analytics tools is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to details and ability to work independently or in a teamFluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantageLocation: On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, ChinaJob Tags:Transition ManagementIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
