What your day-to-day will look like ​Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with organizational objectives for Industrial sites in Logistics and industrial dining facilities.Manage all facility-related operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and building systems Lead and develop a team of facilities staff and coordinate with service providers.Create and oversee preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and minimize downtime.Manage capital improvement projects from planning through completion.Develop and monitor facilities budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service standards.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services and supplies Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.Respond to emergency situations and develop business continuity plans.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in facility management with 6 years in managerial level.Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance requirements, and operational best practices.Knowledge of relevant regulations including health and safety standards.Experience with facilities management software and computerized maintenance management systems.Having excellent project management, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Hold a PMP Tier 1 Licence Experience managing multiple industrial 0r commercial properties or large complex facilities.Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building operations Experience with space planning and workplace strategy implementation Experience in manage and take up a new building is preferableLocation: On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, ChinaIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
