Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand Purpose: Operate, maintain, and monitor all facility systems on a 24/7 basis, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance of data center infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Monitor facility systems including electrical, mechanical, and fire safetyConduct routine inspections and equipment roundsPerform preventive maintenance tasks per scheduleRespond to alarms and troubleshoot system issuesExecute work orders and document maintenance activitiesSupport emergency response proceduresMaintain cleanliness and organization of technical areasAssist with equipment commissioning and testingMonitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity)Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenanceParticipate in shift rotation (day/night/weekend)Record meter readings and system parametersReport anomalies and equipment failures promptlyJob SpecificationEducation:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fieldExperience:Minimum 2-3 years in facility maintenance or building operationsExperience in shift-based operations preferredTechnical training in electrical or mechanical systemsSkills & Competencies:Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to use hand tools and testing equipmentComputer literacy for logging and documentationWillingness to learn and follow proceduresPhysical fitness for equipment rounds and manual tasksGood observation and attention to detailTeam player with positive attitudeCertifications (Preferred):Electrical/Mechanical trade certificationBasic safety trainingLanguage:Fluent in Thai; basic English helpfulLocation: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
