About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support comprehensive financial operations for a premium residential resort in North Riyadh. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions efficiently, and supporting the Finance Manager in delivering transparent, compliant financial reporting. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate accounting, property finance, or facilities management financial operationsExperience in KSA or GCC property management preferredDegree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration requiredWorking knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processesProficiency in property management systems (Yardi, Yarn, or similar platforms)Understanding of Saudi Arabian tax and compliance requirements (VAT, e-invoicing)Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracy Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable:Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with approved budgetsPrepare payment instructions and coordinate with banking partners for timely processingMaintain vendor master files, payment schedules, and contract documentationTrack outstanding payables and resolve invoice discrepancies Accounts Receivable:Support invoicing, receipting, and payment reconciliation processesProcess tenant payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment recordsAssist with deposit management and refund processingSupport collection team with receivables documentation and reporting Financial Record-Keeping & Reconciliation:Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and perform regular transaction reconciliationsPrepare daily cash position reports and monitor bank account activityReconcile utility invoices, meter readings, and tenant rebilling calculationsEnsure all financial records are complete, organized, and audit-ready Reporting Support:Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts and budget variance reportsSupport cash flow forecasting and financial planning activitiesMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for financial documentationProvide data and documentation for internal and external audit processes Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all transactions comply with Saudi Arabian tax regulations (VAT, e-invoicing, WHT)Support statutory filing requirements and compliance reportingMaintain accurate documentation for audit trails and regulatory reviewImplement and follow financial policies and internal control procedures Coordination:Interface with facilities management contractors on invoice verification and payment coordinationCollaborate with property, leasing, and operations teams on financial mattersRespond to internal queries regarding payments, invoices, and account statusPerform additional financial tasks as assigned by Finance Manager Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPointStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent organizational abilities and time managementHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailGood communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentProfessional work ethic and integrityAdaptability and willingness to learn What We Offer:Opportunity to develop your career with a global real estate services leaderHands-on experience in institutional-grade property financial managementProfessional training and development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-time, On-siteLocation: On-site –Riyadh, SAUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
