What this job involves: Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closingPreparing, reviewing and approving of Accruals, Amortization and other standard accounting entriesQuarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation AnalysisMonthly expense variance analysisConsolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accountingEnsure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policiesManage Fixed Assets AccountingBalance sheet accounts reconciliationsInterface with Country Finance and Controllership TeamsEnforce compliance with Firm's financial, operating policies / procedures and SOX requirementsLiaison with internal/external auditors for quarter / year end auditParticipate in ad hoc projects as and when requiredBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with team members, internal customers and vendorsMinimum 6 - 8 years of overall professional experience with at least 4 years in Record-to-Report (R2R) domain including financial close, reconciliations, and reporting.
