Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand Purpose: Maintain and ensure operational readiness of all fire detection, suppression, and life safety systems to protect personnel, equipment, and data center operations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct preventive maintenance on fire detection and suppression systemsTest and maintain fire alarm panels, detectors, and notification devicesMaintain gaseous suppression systems (FM-200, Novec, etc.)Inspect and service fire sprinkler systems and fire pumpsConduct regular fire drills and evacuation exercisesMaintain emergency lighting and exit signage systemsCoordinate with fire authorities for inspections and approvalsInvestigate fire alarm activations and implement corrective actionsMaintain fire safety documentation and compliance recordsUpdate and maintain emergency response proceduresTrain staff on fire safety protocols and equipment usageEnsure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire codesJob SpecificationEducation:Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fieldDiploma with extensive fire safety experience consideredExperience:Minimum 4 years in fire safety systems maintenanceExperience with gaseous suppression systems in data centers or critical facilities preferredKnowledge of NFPA 75, NFPA 76, and NFPA 2001 standardsSkills & Competencies:Thorough understanding of fire detection and suppression technologiesKnowledge of fire safety codes and regulations (Thai and international)Ability to read fire system drawings and schematicsStrong attention to detail and safety consciousnessEmergency response and crisis management capabilitiesGood communication and training delivery skillsCertifications (Required/Preferred):Fire Safety Officer License (Thailand) - RequiredNICET Fire Alarm Systems certification - PreferredGaseous suppression system certificationsLanguage:Fluent in Thai and EnglishLocation: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
