What this job involves:As a Horticulture Program Administrator at JLL, you'll play a vital role in supporting the comprehensive administration of our innovative Horticulture Program for Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities. You'll collaborate closely with the JLL Horticulture Program Managers, Program Coordinator, and horticulturists to deliver exceptional service to the Global Real Estate & Facilities team. This diverse program encompasses all corporate horticulture initiatives, requiring coordination with numerous internal and external partners. Your role combines detailed administrative support with strategic thinking, helping to implement processes that ensure program sustainability and operational excellence while maintaining JLL's reputation for building strong vendor partnerships and delivering outstanding client service.What your day-to-day will look like:Assist with creating and posting plant-related content for Amazonians and the community via social media posts, newsletter creation, and Slack postsAssist with ordering supplies and materials and processing invoicesAssist with planning and organizing eventsRepresent JLL and the Horticulture Program professionally across various audiences including clients, vendors, speakers, and supporting organizations and at in-person and virtual eventsAssist Greenhouse, Spheres, and Community Landscape teams with administrative and operational support as needed including coordinating and communicating schedulingComplete administrative tasks and any additional tasks within specified deadlinesImplement JLL's leadership behaviors, best practices, and innovationsPerform all additional duties commensurate to the level of the role.Required Qualifications:Associate's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of two years of administrative office experience in a professional environmentMust meet highest attendance and punctuality requirements with reliable schedule adherenceAbility and willingness to work occasional weekends and holidaysStrong organizational skills with ability to set priorities, manage multiple deadlines, and assume additional responsibilities as neededProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn additional software applicationsAbility to manage social media and assist with purchasing and event planningAbility to professionally present technical information and business correspondence to diverse audiences in verbal and written formats with strong grammar and proofreading capabilitiesExceptional interpersonal skills including professionalism, customer service, collaboration, inclusivity, teamwork, and commitment to JLL's Leadership BehaviorsStrong communication skills, critical thinking, analysis, and judgement.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in English, Biology, Communication, or similar fieldBackground in program administration or coordination, vendor management, and procurement process in fast-paced corporate settingsExperience working in corporate real estate, facilities management, or property services environmentsExperience working in collaborative, cross-functional team environments where innovative ways of working are embracedExperience organizing and coordinating corporate events or community outreach programsKnowledge of horticulture, landscaping, or environmental sustainabilityTrack record providing 5-star professional customer service in fast-paced corporate environmentsExperience collaborating with program managers, coordinators, and technical specialistsBackground supporting comprehensive corporate programs requiring coordination with numerous internal and external partnersExperience creating content for newsletters, social media, and internal communication platformsAbility to assist Greenhouse, Spheres, or similar specialized facility operationsExperience implementing leadership behaviors, best practices, and innovationsBackground supporting sustainable natural environment initiatives.Location: OnsiteJLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.
