Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand Purpose: Ensure optimal performance of all mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water plants, precision cooling units, and associated equipment to maintain critical environmental conditions.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling unitsMonitor and optimize chilled water plant operationsMaintain Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC/CRAH) unitsConduct vibration analysis and thermal performance testingTroubleshoot mechanical system failures and implement solutionsManage water treatment programs for cooling systemsMaintain pumps, piping systems, and associated mechanical equipmentPerform energy efficiency assessments and optimizationMaintain mechanical documentation and maintenance recordsSupport capacity planning for cooling infrastructureCoordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance activitiesEnsure environmental conditions meet data center specificationsJob SpecificationEducation:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC EngineeringExperience:Minimum 3-5 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in data centers or cleanroom facilitiesExperience with precision cooling systems and chilled water plantsSkills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and refrigeration systemsProficiency in reading P&ID and mechanical drawingsUnderstanding of building automation systemsAnalytical and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of energy management principlesAbility to work in shift rotation (24/7 operations)Certifications (Preferred):HVAC certification or equivalentChiller and cooling system manufacturer trainingWater treatment certificationLanguage:Fluent in Thai; working knowledge of EnglishLocation: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
