Location: Chonburi/Rayong, ThailandPosition Summary: Perform specialized maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated equipment to ensure optimal data center environmental conditions.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on pumps, fans, and mechanical equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical system failures and performance issuesConduct vibration analysis and alignment proceduresReplace filters, belts, bearings, and other consumablesSupport commissioning and performance testing of mechanical systemsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationFollow safety protocols and lockout/tagout proceduresCoordinate with electrical and general maintenance teamsParticipate in emergency response and on-call rotationQualifications:Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experienceExperience with precision air conditioning and chilled water systemsKnowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC controlsAbility to use diagnostic tools and metersGood mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsUnderstanding of safety procedures and best practicesWillingness to work flexible schedules including shiftsBasic English and proficient Thai communication skillsLocation: –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
