Responsible for the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed by the clients and in accordance with the standards and procedures of Jones Lang LaSalle.Facilities ManagementProvide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safetyComplete quarterly onsite inspections which require manager to travel to each site.Verify all work has been completed to satisfactory standardsVendor management skills are required to ensure all vendors are delivering to the service levels expected and contracted toOversee daily operations of sites including setting priorities on work to be performed in collaboration with Facility Manager objectivesManage PM work orders for ongoing inspections and regularly scheduled maintenancePartner with MES to deliver high quality work order performanceEnsure that service levels are maintained at the appropriate levelAny and all other duties and tasks assignedClient Service/SatisfactionDevelop and maintain positive client relationshipConflict resolution and solution analysisManage and Coordinate work requests with onsite staffComplianceProvides contract compliance management and quality controlResponsible for JLL Engineering compliance programBudgeting/ReportingAid in preparation of budgets for operationsPreparation of regular and ad-hoc reportsDesired Experience and Technical SkillsMinimum of 3 years of Facilities Management experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultantStrong technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment, etc.Strong organizational and management skillsStrong interpersonal and supervisory skillsStrong presentation skillsProficient in MS Office, and MS SharePointComputer proficiency in CMMS (Work Order) systemsAbility to supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessaryPreferred • Knowledge of real estate, management, accounting and building systemsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
