Location: Chonburi/Rayong, ThailandPosition Summary: Lead and oversee all plant operations including mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of data center critical infrastructure. This senior leadership role ensures 24/7 operational excellence and compliance with service level agreements.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance and operations teams across all shiftsEnsure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirementsManage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for critical infrastructureMonitor and optimize facility performance metrics and KPIsLead incident response and root cause analysis for critical eventsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractorsDevelop and implement continuous improvement initiativesManage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluationsPrepare operational reports and maintain documentation systemsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)7+ years of experience in data center, critical facilities, or industrial plant operations3+ years in supervisory/leadership roleStrong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, BMS, and critical infrastructureExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesProficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken)Certifications such as CMRP, PMP, or relevant technical certifications preferredLocation: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
