Location: Chonburi/Rayong, ThailandPosition Summary: Lead shift operations team to ensure continuous monitoring, maintenance, and operational excellence of data center critical systems during assigned shift. Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues and emergency response.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise shift technicians during operational shiftsConduct shift handovers and maintain operational logsMonitor BMS, EPMS, and critical system performanceCoordinate and prioritize maintenance activities during shiftsRespond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situationsPerform rounds and inspections of critical equipmentExecute and verify completion of maintenance tasksEnsure compliance with safety procedures and permit-to-work systemsCommunicate with Plant Supervisor on operational status and issuesTrain and mentor shift techniciansQualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field5+ years of experience in data center or critical facilities operations2+ years in lead or supervisory capacityStrong technical knowledge of UPS, generators, HVAC, and electrical systemsExcellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills under pressureGood communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysRelevant technical certifications preferredProficiency in Thai and working knowledge of EnglishLocation: –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
