Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand Purpose: Lead the engineering team during assigned shifts, ensuring continuous monitoring, operational excellence, and rapid response to any incidents affecting data center operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead shift operations team and coordinate all shift activitiesMonitor critical systems and environmental parameters continuouslyRespond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies during shiftExecute preventive maintenance tasks as per scheduleConduct shift handovers and briefingsMake operational decisions within delegated authorityCoordinate with NOC and clients on operational mattersDocument all shift activities, incidents, and maintenance workEnsure compliance with SOPs and safety proceduresSupervise contractor work during shiftsEscalate critical issues to Technical Manager and Facility ManagerMaintain shift logs and prepare shift reportsParticipate in on-call rotation for emergency supportJob SpecificationEducation:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)Diploma with substantial relevant experience consideredExperience:Minimum 5 years in facility operations with at least 2 years in supervisory roleExperience in 24/7 shift operations environment requiredData center or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferredSkills & Competencies:Strong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsCrisis management and problem-solving skillsGood communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to remain calm under pressureFlexibility to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)Certifications (Preferred):Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS)First Aid and Emergency Response trainingLanguage:Fluent in Thai and EnglishLocation: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
