Role SummaryThe TAS Team Lead – Gurugram is responsible for leading the GGN-based Talent Acquisition Services team, owning end-to-end delivery for the India/GGN region's recruitment and HR operations processes. This includes background verification (BGV) case management, vendor coordination, invoicing oversight, and stakeholder reporting. The role reports into the Group Operations Lead – TAS and partners closely with regional Team Leads, HRBPs, and vendor partners to drive consistent, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day performance management, coaching, and development of GGN TAS analysts and specialists.Own regional SLA and productivity metrics, including Time to Onboard, Requisition Management hours, and Prohance productivity/availability benchmarks.Drive BGV case closure tracking and manage vendor escalations for the region.Serve as the primary regional point of contact for stakeholder reporting, including Monthly Business Review (MBR) inputs and leadership dashboards.Partner with HRBPs and cross-regional Team Leads on process standardization and participation in TAS Transformation initiatives.Oversee invoicing and vendor handover processes specific to the GGN team.Support hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning for the GGN team.Ensure compliance with regional labor law and BGV requirements across all team activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum 5 years of previous work experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a related field.Prior people-management experience preferred.Familiarity with Workday, Prohance, or equivalent TA/HR systems.Strong stakeholder management and cross-regional collaboration skills.Location: On-site –Gurugram, HRScheduled Weekly Hours: 40Job Tags:JBSIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
