What this job involvesCarry out and oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement for building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc) to ensure optimal performance, safety and regulatory complianceMonitor work progress, ensure quality, and meet service timelinesPrepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and contractor proposalsImplement preventive and corrective maintenance programmesLiaise with contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective completion of tasksRequired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in building services engineeringHolder of EMSD Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above) is an advantageRelevant maintenance experience in HVAC/MVAC, Chiller PlantProficient in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processesFluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentLocation: On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, ChinaIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
