Our technologies power critical processes worldwide, helping customers achieve higher efficiency, lower operating costs, and consistent performance.What You’ll DoAs a Mechanical Applications Engineer, you will integrate engineering expertise with customer collaboration, supporting sales, designing solutions, and driving projects from start to finish.Engineering & DesignDevelop refrigeration system designs and equipment selections meeting customer specifications.Apply product knowledge to create customized solutions for diverse manufacturing facilities.Ensure designs meet performance requirements, including psychrometric conditions where applicable.Commercial & Sales SupportCollaborate with Field Sales teams to provide technical expertise and solution guidance.Prepare accurate project quotations, including cost and selling price calculations.Support pricing for standard and custom equipment offerings.Project & Order ManagementGenerate and manage equipment orders from initiation through completion.Translate customer requirements into detailed documentation for manufacturing and execution.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.Cross-Functional CollaborationProvide technical guidance to manufacturing, drafting, and sales teams.Work with internal stakeholders to align pricing, design, and project requirements.Customer EngagementSupport global customers with technical and application expertise.What You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering (ABET-accredited), or equivalent experience (3+ years).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business systems.Preferred SkillsExperience with refrigeration systems, HVAC, or industrial equipment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.This role involves taking ownership of outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity to deliver exceptional customer solutions. By staying close to the work and removing obstacles, you ensure that customer needs are met efficiently. You will continuously improve processes and solutions through innovation, candor, and problem-solving. Collaborating with diverse teams to achieve shared goals strengthens our capacity for success.Compensation Hiring Salary Range: $67K - $75K (Salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data).
