Become a member of the Johnson Controls family and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard – your next great opportunity is just a few clicks away!What you will do:Managing Fire projects ranging from medium to large & complex installation and retrofit projects Full ownership and accountability of performance (Budget and Schedule) of assigned projectsManage and coordinate allocated projects to ensure they are delivered within scope, on time and on budgetFull ownership and accountability of financials (Revenue, Margin rate expansion, UBR and AR) & operational metrics by liaising with Country Finance team and Financial ControllersDrive and monitor Fulfilment 5 (cost, cash, schedule, quality and EHS) cadence in teamEnsure, maintain and enhance a good and healthy relationship with Clients and all stakeholdersIn collaboration with the Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Sales & Commercial, Global Products teams, drives the operational & functional excellence with capabilities building to achieve business goals & targets.How you will do it:Drive project financial performance and reviews including Revenue, GM, Backlog, UBR, AR and VOs Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans and track project performance, deliverables and costs to meet project milestones and budgets. Project Team leader to lead, coach, manage effectively with team membersDevelop Cash flow planning & controlDevelop and manage tiered processes from proposal through project turnover to optimize schedule, scope, and cost to maximize customer success and the company’s profitabilityDirect projects Risk and Opportunity reviews / assess risk and opportunity management outcomesDevice activity and resource planning Perform risk management to minimize project risk and report/escalate to Management as needed with appropriate contingence resolutionEnsure projects operation financial KPIs are monitored and trackedChampion continuous improvement efforts on project operation process, e.g., project closing process, transition process, urgent purchase process Responsible for overall contracting strategies and execution which includes tender & bid evaluations, site progress, budgeting, scheduling, and project completion according to the established timelinesSupport in pre-sales scoping, deliverables and cost effectiveness with sales, procurement and control managerManage business and project risks, perform project controls including cost and schedule control, progress monitoring and evaluationKnowledge of Fire code of practice, sprinkler & piping design, Fire alarm systemKnowledge of JC Tyco productsReview projects to determine the VO opportunities, set up annual VO plan to increase project revenue and earningProvide resolution of escalated project management/ installation and service issues with customers and other stakeholdersWhat we look for:University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
