Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.What you will do:Work closely with our Project Management and Construction teams to utilize BIM modeling to create drawings that are of the highest level of detail and accuracy.How you will do it:Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and modelsProvide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support, attend coordination meetingLiaising with engineers to gather system requirements and designsFollowing specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD & Revit systems.Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the project team.Ensuring final designs are compliant with regulations.Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirementsTroubleshoot any BIM related issuesManage BIM project benchmarks to meet project deadlinesContribute to the documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancementsWhat we look for:Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalentCandidates with Knowledge of in a related industry (Security, BMS, ELV etc.) are preferredAdvanced skills in MS Office and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD,Revit etcMust demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.Good written in English and Bahasa and verbal communication skills with both internal and external.Good interpersonal and communication with both internal and external.Strong team player and ability to multi-taskWilling to travel frequently.
