Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering, master’s preferred. (degree in supply chain or engineering)
• 8+years of procurement experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in data center related products or cold plates industry. (experience, 8 years)
• Deep knowledge of CDU components and CDU suppliers’ management. (experience)
• Proven track record in cost negotiation, supplier development, and contract management. (experience)
• Experience with global CDU appoints the third party and vendor. (experience)
• Strong analytical and communication skills. (experience)
• Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills. (experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commodity strategies for key CDU components.
• Identify, evaluate and qualify new suppliers locally and globally, build a resilient supplier base.
• Drive cost reduction through negotiation, value engineering, annual price reviews to ensure PPV achieves the targets.
• Collaborate with SQE to ensure suppliers meet quality standards and lead the management of supplier scorecards.
• Align procurement plans with CDU production schedule to avoid line stoppages and support NPI by sourcing prototype materials and ramping up production supply.
• Coordinates with engineering on design for supply chain and component standardization.
• Ensure compliance with company ethics, trade regulations and CDU industry standards.
