Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' experience servicing chillers, HVAC systems, or industrial cooling equipment (experience, 4 years)
- Strong fault-finding, maintenance, and repair experience (experience)
- Mechanical and/or electrical trade qualifications (experience)
- Experience working with centrifugal, screw, or reciprocating chillers highly regarded (experience)
- Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics (experience)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills (experience)
- Current driver's licence (experience)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and background screening requirements (experience)

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, fault-find, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Service and overhaul reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal chillers
- Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately
- Develop trusted relationships with customers and provide expert technical advice
- Support customer training and operational best practices
