You'll combine technical expertise, people leadership, and operational oversight to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of Chiller Technicians, apprentices, and subcontractorsDrive operational excellence across maintenance, repair, retrofit, and service activitiesProvide senior-level technical expertise on YORK Chillers and related HVAC systemsPerform and oversee commissioning, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenanceBuild strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to enhance service deliverySupport service project planning, scheduling, estimating, and resource allocationManage customer accounts and contribute to business growth initiativesPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and industry standardsPartner with the Service Team Manager to support branch performance and operational goalsAbout YouYou're a technically strong HVAC professional who enjoys leading from the front.
