You will have the opportunity to develop yourself through meaningful work projects and learning opportunities.What we offer: Competitive salary Paid vacation/holidays/sick time Comprehensive benefits package including 401K, pension, medical, dental, and vision care On the job/cross training opportunities Encouraging and collaborative team environment Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Identifies proper parts to complete assemblies by reading specification sheet.• Assembles parts to specification.• Builds frame; installs fins, tubes, hardware, and other purchased parts into coil body per specification• Correctly labels coils with build day and Mfg #. • Moves and repositions coils to the expansion area using cranes. • Completes appropriate paperwork to include quality sticker and daily hours. • Inspect coils for split collars, dented hairpins and damaged fins. • Reworks or disassembles coils that have been damaged or built incorrectly.• Utilizes basic hand tools such as pliers, wrenches and hand drills. • Trains new or existing employees, if necessary.• Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.• Wears all required PPE.• Performs other routine duties.• Responsible for reporting work related injuries and near misses to supervision.• Responsible for wearing all required PPE and following applicable safety/environmental rules.• Responsible for correcting or reporting unsafe conditions observed within the plant.MATH ABILITYAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or two-step instructions.
