Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform field execution activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems under supervision.Support intermediate-level design activities, including reviewing system layouts, drawings, and technical specifications.Participate in project delivery by assisting in system integration, configuration, and optimization activities.Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols during execution.Provide technical support in resolving onsite issues and ensuring smooth system functionality.Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities as part of O&M support.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for effective project execution.Maintain proper documentation of site activities, reports, and system changes.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) with minimum 5 year of relevant experience Experience:Exposure to field execution, system implementation, or maintenance activitiesBasic understanding of system integration and configurationRequired Skills & CompetenciesBasic technical knowledge of systems installation and commissioningUnderstanding of system integration and field operationsProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in field environments and handle site challengesGood communication and coordination skillsWillingness to travel for site assignmentsPreferred SkillsExperience in HVAC / BMS / Fire / Security systems (if applicable)Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulationsExposure to O&M (Operations & Maintenance) activities
