Electrical Contracts ManagerSilent Aire - DublinWhat you will doThe Electrical Contracts Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of all electrical work packages within various projects. This role ensures that electrical systems are designed, engineered, installed, and commissioned to meet project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications. The manager acts as the primary interface between engineering, production, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept through handover.How you will do itPackage ManagementLead the end‑to‑end management of electrical packages, including scope definition, tendering, evaluation, award, and delivery.Oversee supplier performance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.Coordinate design reviews, technical queries, and change management processes.Creation of RFQ Packages for various different electrical suppliers/contractors Technical OversightProvide technical leadership across LV and ELV systems, instrumentation, control systems, and electrical infrastructure.Review engineering documentation, drawings, calculations, and method statements.Ensure integration of electrical systems with mechanical, civil, and automation packages.Project DeliveryDevelop and maintain packages, progress reports, and risk registers.Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure timely and compliant delivery.Resolve technical and commercial issues that may impact project milestones.Attend factory witness tests Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the main point of contact for electrical package suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, procurement teams, and design engineers to ensure alignment.Support client meetings, audits, and inspections. What we look forDegree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline10+ years proven experience managing electrical packages/contracts on large‑scale industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.Strong understanding of electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning.Experience with contract management, procurement, and supplier coordination.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Proven experience in LV systems, LV distribution and MCC's#AVRIL#LI-Onsite
