We're currently looking for an IT Operations Technical Lead to join our EMEA IT team on a 9 to 12-month maternity cover contract.What You Will DoAs the IT Operations Technical Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of critical ERP and enterprise applications across EMEA. Acting as the link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you'll drive operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:Leading application operations and service delivery across EMEAManaging incidents, problems, and change activitiesPartnering with vendors to ensure SLA performance and service qualityDriving governance, reporting, and operational improvementsBuilding strong relationships with business and IT stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to optimize processes and application performanceWhat We Look For5+ years' experience in IT Operations, Application Support, or a similar technical leadership roleStrong understanding of enterprise applications and IT service management (ITSM)Experience working with managed service providers and external vendorsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related fieldOur salary and benefitsThe initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €2,700 – €4,215 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
