What you will doReporting to the APAC Finance controller, Sensormatic Solutions, this position is responsible for partnering with the China & India Sales Leader for Traffic business as well as providing APAC support for the overall APAC Traffic business.How you will do itLeads the preparation and submission of annual plan, monthly outlook, monthly ops review, for China & India businessSupport APAC FP&A projects and activities to drive finance effectiveness and improve efficiency. Examples include automation, simplification, leveraging on technological tools where possible and relevantSupports the APAC FP&A function for Enterprise/Global projectsWorks with DBC team to ensure smooth month end closing and accurate/timely financial reporting within prescribed deadlinesLeverage on Salesforce to support and assist business in forecast, pipelines etc.Establish & monitor business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Secured, Revenue, GM, SG&A, EBIT, FCF, DSO, DIOH etc.Monitors and tracks costs and expenses, performs actionable analytics to drive required actions to optimize cost structureSupports the Finance Director to drive cash collections and credit control activitiesDevelops & implements processes & models for improving accuracy, timeliness & completeness of financial results & reportingEnsures timely response to APAC, Global and Corporate requests and queriesWhat we look forBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is requiredMinimum 5 years working experience in Finance and Accounting, with 3 years’ experience in FP&A (planning & analytics, business partnership, business decision support, cost management)Knowledge of retail business with recurring/subscription business model preferredSelf-starter, results-oriented and possesses a can-do attitudeStrong and broad-based knowledge and skills appropriate for consultation to various levels of managementSound analytical depth and strong technical accounting skillsThe ability to influence and lead in driving change in the organizationERP YonYou, SAP or Oracle experience is preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills and advanced presentation skills.
