Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractorsHow you will do it:Define scope, budget and schedule for projectsDevice project implementation methodologyPlan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor.Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutionsEstablish effective communication with customerTrack and update progress, task and project health to supervisorsEnsure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.Identify and secure variation order.Cost control. Track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per CIS.Managing reports and documentsWork closely with Sales team for tender biddingSupervision of sub-contractors’ work at site.Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely mannerAssign task to, and supervise Assistant Project Engineer, Technician, if anySystem applications, drafting, data base generation and commissioning Follow-up on payment from customers and verify payment to our suppliers.Train customer and provide first year maintenance warranty schedule visit.Hand over project to customer and later to service team.What we look for:Diploma/Degree with minimum 1 years relevant experience in Building Services, M&E or construction preferably in Fire Protection SystemCompetent in Chiller Plant and airside replacement.
