How will you do itChange and Service FiltersOil and Grease BearingsPerform Belt adjustment and replacement servicesPerform Cooling Tower and Condenser Maintenance (coils, evaporators and tubes)Perform general housekeeping tasks as required by customer contractOperate mechanical equipment if deemed necessary by customer contractClean and perform routine maintenance as required for solar energy equipmentPerform Indoor Air Quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans What we look forRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with HVAC equipmentSelf-starter with ability to work independentlyThis position requires a current driver's licensePreferredEPA Refrigeration certification a plus*This is a Bargaining Unit Position.Pay Rate: Hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. This is a Bargaining Unit Position but is subject to all pre-hiring screening of JCI.
