Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on delivering high-quality dashboards, optimizing performance, and enabling effective data-driven decision-making across business functions.2. Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard Development & DeliveryDesign and develop business dashboards to meet user needs, including but not limited to:Executive summary dashboards for required KPIsYearly / Monthly / Daily trend analysisComparison and performance tracking dashboardsEnsure dashboards provide clear insights and support business decision-makingUser Experience & DesignDesign and deliver user-friendly, intuitive dashboard layoutsTranslate business requirements into clear visual storytelling and data presentationPerformance OptimizationAnalyze and optimize Power BI datasets and models to improve performanceClean up unnecessary data and objects to ensure:Stable report performanceAccurate and reliable data displayApply best practices in data modeling and report designAd-hoc Development SupportProvide flexible support for ad-hoc reporting and dashboard development requestsQuickly respond to emerging business needs3. Required QualificationsTechnical SkillsMinimum 5+ years of experience in Power BI developmentStrong expertise in:Power BI data modelingDAX and performance tuningReport optimization and troubleshootingProven ability to independently deliver end-to-end BI solutionsBusiness UnderstandingStrong ability to understand business requirements without a dedicated Business AnalystExperience translating business needs into analytical solutionsExperience in Finance domain reporting/dashboard development is a plus4. Language RequirementsNative Chinese speakerEnglish proficiency (reading & writing required)Spoken English is a strong plus5.
